Freight policies for internet orders
effective February 18th 2008

qualify for FREE GROUND FREIGHT in the 48 states.*
Most other orders over $250.00 for other toners, developers, drums, fuser and inkjet cartridges
qualify for FREE GROUND FREIGHT in the 48 states.*
So do most orders for 3592, LTO, DLT tapes and Optical disks, if over $250.00.
This program does not apply to orders for paper, labels, cards, business forms,
printer ribbons, accessories, office equipment or computer equipment
or anything else not specifically mentioned above.
Orders under $100 may include warehouse imposed
under minimum charges and/or OCLA imposed under minimum or service charges.
Our minimum order is $50, but exceptions
can occasionally be made for regular terms accounts.
All Credit card orders under $100 are subject to a $5 service charge which
will be bundled into the freight charges.
If you are using a credit card, we will not charge your card
or ship any product until you have consented to all charges.
* The Free freight programs do not apply to, negotiated pricing, dealer pricing, special pricing,
government pricing, Unified Pricing or delivered pricing.
Delivered pricing is usually higher than our internet price.
