Consumable Supply Warranties
As of February 1st, 2004, OCLA Distributing will directly handle warranty fulfillment on magnetic media, optical disks, DLT tapes, and all Printer ribbons and toners for a period of 90 days from when you purchased it from us.However, with some mfg's, you must handle warranty fulfillment yourself through them: Brother, Ricoh, Output Technology, Xerox and several others.
On drums and fusers, we can only directly handle the warranty fulfillment for 10 days. After that, you must contact the manufacturer.
Most catalog houses and most StuporStores only fulfill warranties for you for a period of 10 days to 60 days, depending upon which one you talk to.
We will handle paper and label warranty fulfillment for a period of 60 days from when you purchased the items from us.
Ink-Jet cartridges, ink-jet paper: 90 days.
After the OCLA fulfillment period, we will help you, if necessary, obtain warranty fulfillment direct from the manufacturer, if the manufacturer's warranty in fact extends longer than 90 days.
