Equipment Warranties as of May 20th, 2003 If you have a problem with a piece of computer equipment that you purchased from OCLA Distributing, we will endeavor to help you resolve the problem to your satisfaction. Now, on equipment generally you will have to contact the manufacturer direct if you have a problem.Almost all equipment purchases are FINAL.
YOU are responsible to order the correct item. Equipment can almost never be returned unless it is defective... Most of the time you will have to return it to the manufacturer, not to us.
If you are having a problem, you should call us to get the manufacturer's phone number if you don't have it. We will supply any info that we can supply you with.
We cannot help you configure the equipment. We are not technicians. We may be able to refer you to a technician or consultant if need be. Call us.
Now, the length of the manufacturer's warranty varies greatly, depending upon the manufacturer. If you are having a problem with warranty fulfillment through the manufacturer, you may contact us and we may be able to help you.
