OCLA Distributing takes absolutely NO RESPONSIBILITYif, when it is time to run your taxforms, it turns out that the wrong ones are in the box, WE CANNOT TAKE THEM BACK if it is after December 10th of whatever tax year the forms are for.
That is why it is incumbent upon the user of the taxforms to open the boxes and MAKE SURE the forms are the right ones WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE BOXES.
Otherwise, prior to December 10th, you may return forms if they are the wrong ones for a replacment.
All forms are guaranteed against mfg defect. However, if you wait too long to run your forms and they are defective, and there are no more forms available for that year, then you must call us and see what we can do. Hopefully, we will be able to help you fix the problem.
Generally speaking, after December 10th, you cannot return taxforms for any reason. Unfortunately that is the nature of "dated forms".
